LLC "Cathodic Materials" was a partner of the conference "Intralogistics: time of change"

The industry integrator of the State Corporation "Rosatom" for energy storage systems — LLC "Cathodic Materials "(part of the Fuel Company "TVEL") was a partner of the conference "Intralogistics: time of change". The conference was held in an online format.

The event was attended by top officials of Russian representative offices of global logistics equipment manufacturers: SSI Schaeffer Russia, Jungheinrich Russia, Linde Material Handling Rus, Vanderlande Industries LLC.

Participants of the event discussed changes in the market of intralogistics related to the current economic situation and their impact on the Russian market. The result of an online survey conducted by the organizers showed that more than 45% of representatives of companies working in the field of logistics would like to optimize existing warehouse processes. The meeting highlighted trends that will be relevant in the near future (robotization of production and logistics processes; real-time warehouse management; import substitution and localization of equipment production).

To implement these trends, one of the key elements is energy storage systems. "In-plant and logistics equipment equipped with modern lithium-ion energy storage systems is ready for integration with any digital platform of the enterprise, regardless of the depth of implementation. Interaction is achieved through the digital battery management system, which is an integral part of it. At the same time, a modern battery is a "significant" component in the final cost of the product (30-40%) and, being produced in Russia, will reduce the total cost of imported equipment for the user," said Denis Peregudov, Director of Commerce and Development at Cathodic Materials LLC.

In addition to equipping new equipment, the integrator offers the conversion of an old battery using lead-acid batteries. Such modernization of the fleet of logistics enterprises in some cases will significantly reduce the cost of its maintenance.

In addition, in the context of declining economic activity, entrepreneurs are looking for new ways to interact and offer not a standard product, but a whole range of services and goods in one transaction. For example, LLC "Cathodic Materials" offers its clients anti-crisis financial instruments: not only a standard purchase scheme, but also a life cycle contract that allows you to transfer costs from the capital part to the operating part. "We offer our customers unique pricing solutions without reducing product requirements, which together with special financial programs will allow at least part of the imported expensive equipment that our customers purchase to buy for" zero rubles", saving on capital costs, " said Denis Peregudov.

The event was organized by SeMAt RUSSIA — the only international exhibition of warehouse equipment and systems, lifting and transport equipment, warehouse automation and logistics services in Russia.

LLC "RENERA" (part of the Fuel Company of Rosatom "TVEL") is an actively developing industry integrator of Rosatom in the field of energy storage systems. The company is engaged in lithium-ion batteries for in-plant and logistics electrical equipment, and also offers solutions for emergency and uninterrupted power supply, smoothing of load peaks in the power grid, energy storage for hybrid systems. The presence of our own R&D center allows us to develop, along with standard systems, complex solutions for individual customer requirements. The team accompanies the project from R & D to production, provides service. The integrator has dozens of completed projects, and solutions with a single capacity of up to 1 MW are under development.

The fuel company of Rosatom "TVEL" includes enterprises for the fabrication of nuclear fuel, conversion and enrichment of uranium, production of stable isotopes, production of gas centrifuges, as well as research and development organizations. It is the only supplier of nuclear fuel for Russian nuclear power plants.
